Depression vs Deepika's Depression!

Deepika Padukone's interview on NDTV about depression is being considered as a VERY BOLD move etc. I'm not saying it's not but then people or the media will only focus on celebrities. We have people who fight with depression everyday. Deepika had her family, loved ones etc by her side and had a very access to all forms of medication. What is to be done when you don't have your loved ones on your side? What does one do when you can't access any form of treatment? What is to be done when you don't even know that what you are suffering from is called DEPRESSION? that point of time where you find yourself stuck, a stage where everything is stagnant, you somehow feel very suffocated, hated by others. That stage when you think of commiting a suicide everyday but don't commit it because all you can think of is what if you don't die and that will probably lead to a rampant firing of questions for which you aren't ready. That level where expression becomes the nastiest thing possible, not because what you express will be disgusting it's the fear of being hated. The unbearable pain of becoming unloved and most hated. A stage where you want things to move even if they are for the worse because that obnoxious stagnation is shredding you. A point where you want to shout out and tell the world that you have had enough and you are not going to divide your soul anymore no matter what.
That stage when you think injuring yourself is a better idea so that it deviates your mind from an invisible pain to a more visible pain.
And above all everything that you feel can be termed as an ATTENTION SEEKING ACT!
Anyways, who cares.

Freedom of Expression?

It's funny and equally sad that how people are so very SCARED of expression. People will ban a documentary because the views given were apparently offensive, but then raping women is so very normal. Their is a word limit in any article that you write and if it's for an examination your marks will be deducted for exceeding the same. What do you think a writer does not have the mind to analyse whether when he or she should put a stop to his or her article? Do you think a student is so stupid that he or she will write an article till eternity and will not attempt the rest of the exam?
Lyrics of a song are termed vulgar only because it talks about sex, vagina, politics etc. But then you see all the things are so very unnatural. Politics is not for a common man. This world is probably running without having sex and a vagina is something which is only available on venus,
Djembe will be deemed because only tribal and unsophisticated people used to play, as if the times in we live is the epitome of sophistication.
Plays will be censored just because they condemned the political system, they speak against the wrong and that is considered a legitimate reason for BANNING a particular play,
At times I feel that this planet has been officially deprived of the charm to live and express and that is the saddest thing which can ever happen.

It's just a game!

So, India lost a mere semi final and the nation goes head over heels. Apparently,  nobody cares that our team won so many matches and reached the semi final. Maybe appreciating efforts isn't our thing.
Moreover, what angers me the most is why on Earth is cricket given so much importance. We recently won the world kabaddi championship but then who cares. Right?
Sadly enough the nauseating sexist mentality of this country shall never end. Sensible people have applied the best of their senses and have declared Anushka Sharma responsible for Australia's victory. Well....as far as I remember I didn't see her in the ground but then I am not sensible enough in this society of commendable human units. It's obnoxious how the media tries to potray a mere audience responsible for our defeat. I strongly believe we need some kind of a SWACCH DIMAG abhiyan for this country.
Such times force me to question our level of sensibilities!

Please welcome an era where parents themselves support and help their children to cheat in board exams so that their chilld can score some decent percentage and doesnt become the butt of all jokes in the surrounding. If at all this was done to ensure that a person lands in a decent college, then i am sorry and ashamed to be a part of such a system. Those expecting a corruption FREE and a HONEST nation, i think you people must RETHINK.
I dont know till what extent will people go to score 99%, probably next could be parents getting the board paper leaked or giving bribe to the examiner or maybe getting a fake marksheet.
Have we already reached an era where marks are world and world is marks??

This is a big shout out Thank you to all lovely people who made the day special by wishing me and making me feel loved.

There are times when I like to listen to good soulful music, but then there are times when I crave for soem peppy music. When I tried asking myself which genere of music do I like my mind told me: You don't love music, YOU LIVE IT. I was a bit confused with my mind's answer but then I realised I really do live music. Rythm is my pace of life, when I am happy I am pepped up , I listen to happy numbers. when I am tired I listen to soulful music so that I feel relaxed and calm.
Music is not about lyrics, sound and beats it's about connecting souls and making life beautifully bearable.
Therefore, DON'T LOVE MUSIC, LIVE IT! :) because that is what the purpose is.

India's Daughter?

In the past few days I've come across people who are in favour of banning "India's Daughter". According to some people the documentary has defamed India. Well! All I have to say is incidences of rape have already slaughtered our reputation, a mere documentary hasn't done anything.

Though it was a pathetic watch, apparently one of the rapist was paid and what not. But all said and done,  BANNING a documentary does NO GOOD.  If possible please try and ban rapes!

A little princess, who seemed to be quite bored with her books decided to doodle on her leg. I was entering the room and I saw her making a master piece. I asked the angel if she could oblige my hand and thankfully she gave a green signal.
I am amazed with her skill the way she has made this beautiful quote on my hand. If you carefully see the ECG line depicts that one should follow there heart till it beats and that is what is important. I hope this  innocent tinch of creativity stays with her.

HAPPY WOMEN'S DAY! :D

In a country where women & girls are raped, assaulted, teased and what not at a drop of the hat we still have the audacity to celebrate WOMEN'S DAY. I am a bit shocked that the BAN BAN government hasn't banned the celebration of women's day. Or women don't have much significance for the SANSKAARI SARKAAR to even think whether there is a day for women or not.
Anyways, the struggle for significance shall cotinue come what may.
In the spirit of celebrating existence as a woman and more importantly as an individual.

why ban a Documentary?

Okay! So we've reached a level where we are ashamed of telling the world what we are. Whatever happened was beyond shameful but the point is things haven't changed much since then. Of course some Sanskaari tactics are being used for survival but then you know hiding what you are makes no sense to me.
We obviously won't ban rapes but banning a documentary which shows how weak and disgusting our system is just what we do. It's not about solving the problem, it's how the system or the people or the legislative body decides to close their eyes and assume that there was no problem at all.

At times little kids make you realise that spending a day doing all the crazy things from getting drenched in purple and green colour to sleeping for 6 hours after apparently cleaning yourself is much more important than focusing on your CV.

Shutting up ain't a bad idea!

Dear fellow citizens of India!

I am so glad to know that some Indians exercises their RIGHT OF FREEDOM OF SPEECH & EXPRESSION with utmost sincerity. Making ridiculous statements on various issues like 'it was the girl's fault when she got raped', 300 reasons to quit beef but not even 3 statements on how a country can or should develop, how hindu men should rape dead Muslim women. The list is inexhaustible.
Well.....since these citizens are using their rights with this level of dedication. I think I'll also use my right here and say:
SHUT UP! Because I can't go down to their level. Moreover my government expects me to be 'Sanskaari'.
Therefore, all those who are abnormally curious about what I eat, what I should wear or shouldn't wear, which mode of transportation should I use, when should I party etc. I assure you people you shall die blabbering because I won't even bother to listen to you.

Though I'd suggest that you conserve your energy or use it for a better job.

education system???

Dear makers of the education system!
What did you think before coming up with 'the education system'? Did you want to see how does a 95% look on a 10 inch sheet? Or you wanted to know how does it feel to have a 47%? Or you were curious to know how does a student get suicidal once they don't get into the desired college?
If this is what you aimed at then I must say you have implemented your system very well.
But, just in case you people aimed at increasing the number of educated people and not literate people, just in case you aimed to make good human beings and not produce engineers and lawyers, just in case you focused on making this planet full of love and not stuffed with the obnoxious rat races.
In that case I think you have eyes and mind to see what has happened, is happening and will happen in the coming months.
I am NOT a part of this system.
I am a VICTIM of this system.
And that's sad, very sad.

Boards 2015! :D

Firstly, All the best!!

Remember one thing that boards are just the beginning of examinations the real exams start after Boards. This is more like a MOCK exam for other examinations that you will ever face .

Also, it's good to score 95% but it's absolutely alright to not score the same.
Therefore, relax and nail your boards!
