A weird congestion!

There is this
Really weird thing
Happening in the
Centre of my
CHEST.
It feels as if
Something is
Stuck
And
Blocked
Waiting to be
Thrown away
Or
Pushed out.

Suffocation
Travels down
My spine
Blocking and jamming
All my organs
And veins.
Someone
Open
The door
And
The window
To let
My pain
And regret
Escape.
Making way
For good vibes
And positive flair.
